Program Facilitator (Part-Time)

LEAD Girls of NC seeks a skilled, compassionate and enthusiastic facilitator to serve as a team leader in our STEAM girls’ program. In this role you will:

  • Use flexibility to facilitate sessions, guided by the LEAD Girls curriculum, to deliver engaging programming and activities to meet the needs of the specific group of girls attending each session.
  • Facilitate monthly Saturday sessions, currently offered in-person, for approximately 18 girls per session; programming is typically scheduled mornings or afternoons on Saturday.
